The Herbivorous Butcher, America’s first-ever vegan butcher shop, opened in Minneapolis in 2016. Since then it has built quite a reputation for its mouthwatering vegan deli staples, including plant-based meats and cheeses—all made from scratch! Just in time for Valentine’s Day, it’s offering a showstopping romantic vegan dinner for two, delivered right to your door. And arguably the most exciting part is that it includes vegan filet mignon!

The shop’s website describes the dinner:

Love is in the air, and its sweet enchantments are ready to sweep the nation off its feet in a swoon of delectable delight. Start by enjoying a plate of savory Cheddar Cheese and crackers, perhaps with some of your favorite charcuterie accouterments such as almonds, cornichons, and olives.

Next, we give you a hearty Filet Mignon, luscious and succulent, bursting with a dazzling array of flavors richer than a Venetian sunset, lovingly encircled by the deep, smoky magic of our Hickory Bacon.

Here’s a breakdown:

  • 14 oz. filet mignon
  • 8 oz. hickory bacon
  • 13 oz. chorizo
  • 5 oz. cheddar cheese
  • Follow Your Heart’s VeganEgg

BONUS: Sjaak’s vegan chocolate is shipped with the package, and they even include recipes for bacon-wrapped filet mignon and huevos rancheros (for breakfast the next day)!

Want one for your (a)romantic evening? The feast costs $90 for nationwide delivery, and orders placed by January 28 will be delivered by February 7! Click here to order your very own vegan Valentine’s dinner today!
