This Recipe for Vegan S’mores Dip Will Leave You Drooling

Everyone loves s’mores, and this vegan version will not disappoint. Plus, it’s a dip, making it perfect for parties with friends.
While most graham crackers contain honey, the Speculoos cookies from Trader Joe’s were a perfect substitute, much better for dipping in our ooey-gooey s’mores dip!
And since Trader Joe’s also carries vegan marshmallows (marshmallows are typically made with gelatin, which is derived from animal hooves and skin—yuck!) and chocolate chips, you can easily grab all the ingredients for this sweet treat in one stop.


Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

2 bags vegan chocolate chips

2 bags vegan marshmallows

2 boxes of Speculoos cookies (from Trader Joe’s)

Directions:

Heat cast-iron pan thoroughly on stovetop and then turn off heat before adding chocolate chips. On top layer of chocolate chips (they should start to melt pretty much immediately) add a layer of vegan marshmallows.

Set oven to broil and place pan in oven, keeping a close eye to avoid burning. Once marshmallows are a beautiful golden color, remove s’mores dip from oven and serve with Speculoos cookies!
