By now you might have heard about Sweet Earth Natural Foods,
a relatively new company known for delicious vegan meats, including its mouthwatering “Benevolent Bacon.”
Founded by former Burger King chairman Brian Swette, Sweet Earth focuses on providing healthy plant-based proteins. Now the company has released a brand-new product: the Farmstand Flaxbread Vegan Breakfast Sandwich.
This whole grain flaxbread sandwich is loaded with Sweet Earth’s Harmless Ham and a tasty chickpea patty, which is topped with chunky sundried tomato spread.
Found in the freezer section of your local grocer, this new product is sold as a two-pack and is ready in less than two minutes. Plus, these little sandwiches pack a whopping 15 grams of protein each and are a great source of iron and vitamins A and B1.
The verdict?
The sundried tomato spread really rounds out the flavors, and while the chickpea patty isn’t necessarily a standout, it’s enjoyable nonetheless. The real standout is the perfectly savory,
smoky Harmless Ham.
This product is not only super easy to make, but also helps spare countless animals a lifetime of suffering on factory farms.
