Booking a Flight? Here are the Top 6 Airports for Vegan Food
Late last year, the Los Angeles International Airport
(LAX) earned the utmost distinction: most veg-friendly airport in the nation!
“The nation’s second-busiest airport won the honor from the Physician Committee for Responsible Medicine, a Washington, D.C., group that advocates vegetarian or vegan diets. Its annual airport review noted that 90%
of the eateries at LAX offer meatless munchies,” reports the Los Angeles Times.
Indeed, LAX boasts an all-vegan eatery; Real Food Daily featuring a variety of plant-based dishes; Ink.sack spotlighting a veggie bánh mì with barbecue tofu; and even “Farmers Market” offering an array of fresh fruits and veggies!
But LAX isn’t the only airport with amazing vegan options.
Here are five more:
John F. Kennedy International Airport

a delicious black bean veggie burger from 5ive Steak, vegan pad Thai at Balducci’s,
or a Mexican chopped salad from Loft!
Even the New York Sports Bar’s menu includes a grilled vegetable sandwich and seasonal beet salad!
O’Hare International Airport
